After purchase, we recommend that you sign a support contract, which provides unlimited access to support via email and telephone for a fixed price. If you bought your software license from one of our partners, we recommend first hand that you contact them for support and consultation.

While you are evaluating one of our solutions, we offer free support via email and telephone, Monday – Friday, 8–16 (GMT +1). If you are using one of our products and do not have a support contract, our fee will be SEK 1,250 per problem excluding VAT (only applicable if the problem is solved).
