Upstream offers first-rate personal support on all products we represent. Support opening hours are Monday-Friday 8-17. Most common is that all our customers have unlimited access to email support. Some products handle the support themselves because they have deeper technical possibilitys to primarily support their own cloud services. Make sure you have customer numbers and license information at your fingertips if you contact us.

When evaluating one of our solutions, we offer free support via email and phone, Monday-Friday 8-17. If you use one of our products and do not have a support agreement, this will be quoted to you.
